How Do I Inquire About A Graphic?

Is Your Company Faith Based?

  • Our business is faith and family based. We serve people of all race, color, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, and financial backgrounds.

Will My Design Be Publicized?

  • We reserve the right to incorporate all artwork into our promotional ads, portfolio, website, and social media platforms. However, if it be your request for us not to do so, we won't.

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

  • ​Our turnaround times are various. Please call or email us for more.

  • If needed in a rush, there will be a $100 rush fee charged on your invoice.

​

What Kind of Designs Do You Offer?

  • We believe in being versatile. Our experience and creativity allows us to create; banner, logo, poster, album cover, book cover, obituary, and flyer designs-- and even the more.

What Is Your Company's Number One Policy?

  • Every design is original and we will not duplicate.​​

​

Are There Any Referral Benefits?

  • Refer a new client, and upon completion of their design service, you will receive 10% off of your next design project.

What File Types Are Included With My Project?​

  • If you want to use your images for web & social media purposes, we will supply your files in JPEG or PNG format. Print items include JPEG and PDF format. Logos include JPEG or PNG (transparent background).

When Is Payment Due?​​

  • 50% of non-refundable deposit is due at time of service request. (Remainder Due At The End Of Service).

  • Payment for Rush Orders are due in full, up front with all content.

​

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

  • We accept payment via Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Tell Me About The Revision Limits.

  • ​We work through three rounds of edits to finalize a design. Any additional edits are $10 each.

  • If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files, and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed– you will be charged for a revision fee of a $50-75 minimum, contingent upon your project.

​

Late Fee.

  • Clients have 10 days to make their final payment once the project is complete or a $50 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time.
